Pop's Kettle Corn Return and Refund Policy
At Pop's Kettle Corn, we take pride in providing high-quality, delicious snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, **all sales are final**. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise and will work to make it right when possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at orders@thepopskettlecorn.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the situation and take appropriate action, such as offering replacements or store credit if the issue is confirmed. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for shipping-related damages, but we strive to use reliable carriers like UPS for consistent service.
Non-Returnable Items
As all of our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This includes all popcorn, snacks, and custom orders. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as confirmed product defects or order errors. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
