Pop's Kettle Corn Subscription and Pre-Order Policy
At Pop's Kettle Corn, we offer options like subscriptions and pre-orders to make enjoying our popcorn more convenient. Here’s how these options work and how you can manage them:
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select.
- Payment details are securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions auto-renew. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel anytime.
- To cancel or update your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us directly.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are out of stock or soon-to-be-available.
- Payments may be taken in full or as a deposit at checkout, with the balance charged when the order is fulfilled.
- Pre-orders that haven’t been fulfilled can be canceled for a refund. Once fulfilled, returns and refunds follow our standard return policy.
